About the Client
Our client is an international banking organization operating in a dynamic and people-focused environment. You will join a payroll team responsible for accurate and compliant payroll processing, supporting employees and internal stakeholders in Poland. The role offers strong development opportunities within a structured, supportive setup.
What you will do
- Process monthly payroll data received from authorized stakeholders and ensure its accuracy
- Manage end-to-end payroll calculations and prepare payment orders and fund transfer files
- Handle deductions, including debt collectors’ deductions, in line with regulations
- Prepare employee and company tax statements, income certificates, and required payroll documentation
- Sign payroll-related documents within granted authorization limits
- Support internal customers by answering payroll-related questions and resolving issues
What we are looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Payroll-related role
- Very good knowledge of Polish payroll, labor law, social security, and tax regulations
- Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written
- Strong MS Office skills; experience with TETA and/or Workday is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education
- Detail-oriented, well-organized team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work under time pressure
