ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

  • Manage payroll process for several countries in EMEA in an in-house payroll processing or outsourced to local vendor
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations related to payroll processing
  • Maintain employee records, including attendance, absences, and salary adjustments
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports and documentation as required by management and authorities
  • Assist in the implementation of payroll system updates and process improvements
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism


  • WYMAGANIA:
  • Proven experience in payroll processing or related financial functions
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, tax regulations, and social security contributions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
