Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist to join our team for 20 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our Polish employees, contributing to the smooth operation of our HR and Finance functions.
Responsibilities
* Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy of wages, deductions, and other payroll-related data.
* Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, changes in compensation, and benefits.
* Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in Polish labor law and payroll regulations to ensure compliance.
* Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll.
* Maintain confidentiality of all payroll and employee information.
* Maintain bonus calculation tool and bonus calculations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience (at least 1 year) in payroll processing or HR administration
* Basic understanding of Polish labor law
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
