Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in the HR and payroll system.
• Provide support in the monthly calculation of remuneration.
• Prepare weekly settlements for drivers as well as work time records, equivalents for annual leave.
• Prepare monthly ZUS DRA declarations.
• Calculate and manage PPK declarations.
• Provide certificates.
• Perform other tasks assigned by your direct manager.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a payroll area.
• Understanding of drivers salary calculation rules and regulations (would be an advantage).
• Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR payroll systems Enova365, Platnik (would be an advantage).
• Ability to make independent decisions and efficiently prioritize tasks.
