Job Description:
What will you be doing
You will be overseeing payroll operations function in EMEA region managing Team Leaders, implementing global payroll strategy, managing vendors and payroll projects, defining and implementing process improvements, managing escalations, creating and reviewing certain payroll reports, managing and coaching team members.
Who are you
You are talented, capable and driven Payroll Manager with an experience of managing payroll delivery for multiple countries.
You have experience at the similar role, excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, organizational, communication and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work in professional and confidential capacity in fast paced, deadline driven environment. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
