Currently, we are looking for a Payroll Operations Lead to join our team in Poland.

As the Payroll Operations Lead, you will ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery across multiple European countries while safeguarding compliance and driving operational excellence. This role partners with internal teams and external vendors to manage end-to-end payroll processes, lead audits and champion innovation through AI and automation initiatives. Beyond execution, the Payroll Operations Lead mentors team members, oversees payroll documentation and continuously improves processes to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Please note the role can be performed fully remotely from within Poland unless the successful candidate is based in Poznań then the role becomes hybrid and regular office attendance is mandatory.


Your key skills:

  • Proven experience in payroll, ideally across multiple countries
  • Experience with process improvement, automation, or AI-driven projects
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, operational mindset
  • Advanced Excel skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Commitment to operational excellence and customer-focused service delivery

,[Coordinate payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate execution across multiple countries in Europe, Collaborate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain service quality and resolve issues, Prepare and validate payroll inputs and outputs, ensuring compliance and accuracy, Manage payroll and people administration documentation, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, Act as the primary point of contact for payroll audits, preparing documentation and supporting audit processes, Drive improvement projects, including AI and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, Streamline people operations processes and ensure excellence in service delivery, Support team members in daily operational decisions for complex support tickets, Mentor and coach team members, Handle administrative tasks related to the payroll and benefits vendor management, Monitor and control data quality in our systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy Requirements: Excel Additionally: Sport subscription, Training budget, Private healthcare, Flat structure, International projects, Free coffee, Bike parking, Free snacks, Free beverages, In-house trainings.
