Informacje o stanowisku

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

  • Oversight of comprehensive HR and payroll services for internal employees, as well as coordination of cooperation with an external payroll provider.
  • Management of the team (3 employees), including motivating and developing employees and monitoring their work.
  • Supervision of personnel records and HR and payroll documentation in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Monitoring of all issues related to the introduction, updating, and control of data in the ENOVA HR and payroll system, PPK administration.
  • Preparation of HR and payroll reports (including reports for management and team leaders).
  • Supervision of employee benefits settlement.
  • Supporting the team in developing internal regulations (decisions, communications, information) in the field of labor law, remuneration, and insurance.
  • Cooperation with external institutions (PIP, GUS, US, ZUS), with external service providers (sports and medical packages, payroll software administrators), with the controlling team and other HR teams; cooperation in audits and inspections by PIP/ZUS.
  • Monitoring changes in labor and remuneration law.
  • Implementation of best practices: participation in process optimization, identification of new tools and improvements, and building work standards in accordance with current legal requirements.


WYMAGANIA:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and payroll
  • Experience in team management, as well as the ability to motivate employees
  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
  • Fluent German (minimum C1 level) - nice to have
  • Very good knowledge of labor law and social security regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of payroll calculation
  • Experience with HR and payroll systems
  • Independence and commitment
  • Reliability and punctuality in completing assigned tasks
  • Analytical skills and experience in preparing reports and analyses
  • Ability to build relationships and effective communication within organizational structures
  • Knowledge of Enova is nice to have
