ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:



Responsibilities:

  • Making sure regional payroll processes align with global standards, while adapting to local regulations.
  • Staying up to date with legal changes and ensuring compliance across all countries in your scope.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of payroll professionals, helping them grow and succeed.
  • Supporting knowledge sharing and training across country teams.
  • Working closely with global teams to implement and standardize payroll policies and procedures.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and driving process enhancements.
  • Collaborating with external vendors and internal partners (HR, Shared Services, etc.) to ensure smooth and accurate payroll delivery.
  • Training and motivating new team members, and encouraging cross-training within the team.
  • Supporting the growth and development of payroll professionals across regions.
  • Setting clear priorities and making sure deliverables are met on time and with high quality.








WYMAGANIA:

Requirements:
  • Experience in leading payroll teams, ideally in a global or multi-country environment.
  • A degree and at least 3 years of experience in global payroll - or 5+ years of hands-on experience in international payroll operations.
  • Familiarity with implementing global payroll systems and improving payroll processes.
  • Ability to create and roll out policies and procedures that support efficient and compliant payroll delivery.
  • Strong command of English (C1)
  • High level of discretion and commitment to data confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn new HR, payroll, and ticketing systems.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model from Kraków office.
