Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in independent payroll and personnel management, including at least 2 years in team coordination/management.
  • Experience in an accounting office, in the payroll and personnel outsourcing model.
  • Higher education.
  • Very good knowledge of labor law, personal income tax, and social security regulations.
  • Practical knowledge of the Płatnik program.
  • Very good command of English, including payroll and personnel terminology.
  • Excellent organization skills, communication, and building positive relationships within the team.
  • Independence, responsibility, and accuracy.
  • Openness to changes, new projects, and professional development.
  • Practical knowledge of SAP, Enova is an advantage.

  • Organizing team work to ensure timely completion of current tasks.
  • Verifying the correctness of salary calculations and prepared declarations (ZUS, PIT, PFRON) and GUS reports.
  • Verifying client information and responses for completeness and substantive correctness.
  • Supporting the team in substantive matters and those requiring analysis.
  • Assisting the team with technical issues related to the payroll program and Płatnik.
  • Identifying risks for clients and KPMG related to the services provided and securing and minimizing these risks.
  • Tasks related to the Business Development process and participation in key client meetings.
  • Implementing new clients and supporting consultants in starting payroll and personnel services.
  • Providing payroll and personnel services to assigned clients and maintaining ongoing contact with clients.

The Accounting Services Department provides bookkeeping services for KPMG clients. In addition to bookkeeping, department staff are involved in preparing tax declarations, reports, and financial statements in accordance with Polish accounting principles and the accounting standards adopted by the client, contacting tax offices, and assisting clients during tax audits and financial statement examinations.
