Payroll, HR & Compensation Benefits Data Analyst
Your responsibilities
- Coordinating and supervising the payroll process in Poland in cooperation with the payroll service provider.
- Ensuring compliance of payroll processes with labour, tax and insurance regulations.
- Monitoring the timeliness and accuracy of salary and benefit payments.
- Cooperation with the finance department, auditors and external institutions in the area of payroll.
- Preparation of standard and ad hoc HR reports for the region (headcount, FTE, labour costs, salary structure).
- Participation in regional projects related to compensation & benefits.
- Preparing detailed financial analyses and periodic management reports to support decision-making processes.
- Monitoring budget implementation and analysing deviations from plans, together with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Creating, implementing and updating remuneration and benefits policies in line with company strategy and market trends.
- Preparing analyses and reports on personnel costs, turnover, absenteeism, remuneration structure and benefits.
- Support in preparing personnel budgets, forecasts and cost analyses.
- Conducting market remuneration benchmarks and recommending changes to the remuneration policy.
- Developing recommendations for management regarding remuneration and benefits strategies in the region.
Our requirements
- Higher education in a relevant field (economics, finance, management)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar, independent position in the area of payroll and personnel cost budgeting
- Fluency in Polish and English is a must
- Very good knowledge of labour law, taxes and social security, enabling the correct analysis and interpretation of salary data
- Accuracy, ability to work with large data sets, analytical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (PowerBI or similar data analytics and dashboard development tools would be advantageous)
- Knowledge of the remuneration market and experience in working with payroll reports
- Experience in preparing and implementing procedures, policies and payroll regulations
- Ability to analyse data, report and formulate recommendations
- Independence and bias for action, accuracy and highly effective communication skills
- Discretion and responsibility for sensitive personal data

The person in this position will be responsible for leading and owning a correct and legally compliant payroll process in Poland as well as HR data analysis, developing and implementing remuneration strategies. They will support the Eastern Europe region in the areas of HR analytics, reporting, compensation & benefits processes, and projects related to remuneration policy optimisation and cost efficiency. Hybrid work, including work in the Warsaw office.
