HP EMEA Payroll Organization is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Payroll Expert to join our Center of Excellence in Wroclaw. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have advanced payroll knowledge, and are passionate about delivering accurate and timely payroll services across multiple EMEA entities.


Key Responsibilities


Payroll Management



  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for multiple EMEA entities in collaboration with internal teams and external providers.

  • Oversee data collection, interface monitoring, validation, and finalization of monthly payroll cycles.

  • Prepare and deliver statutory and internal payroll reports.

  • Partner with payroll accounting to ensure proper data flow into the General Ledger.

  • Address complex payroll queries, provide certificates, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.

  • Support expatriate payroll processes in coordination with global mobility teams and vendors.

  • Justify payroll calculations for audits and financial reviews.

  • Define and communicate annual payroll calendars and cycles.

  • Contribute to payroll aspects of M&A transactions.


Continuous Improvement & Communication



  • Drive process optimization, automation, and self-service initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.

  • Lead projects to improve efficiency with third-party payroll providers.

  • Share expertise and maintain clear process documentation.

  • Act as a change agent, aligning processes with Finance and HR standards.

  • Lead payroll-related projects to ensure compliance and operational excellence.


Qualifications & Skills



  • 7–10 years of relevant Payroll or HR Administration experience.

  • Strong knowledge of International Payroll processes; ADP experience preferred.

  • Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are an advantage.

  • Expertise in Payroll legislation, tax compliance, and compensation treatment.

  • Advanced MS Office skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication, customer focus, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

  • Project Management skills and experience.
