HP EMEA Payroll Organization is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Payroll Expert to join our Center of Excellence in Wroclaw. Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for multiple EMEA entities in collaboration with internal teams and external providers.
- Oversee data collection, interface monitoring, validation, and finalization of monthly payroll cycles.
- Prepare and deliver statutory and internal payroll reports.
- Partner with payroll accounting to ensure proper data flow into the General Ledger.
- Address complex payroll queries, provide certificates, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
- Support expatriate payroll processes in coordination with global mobility teams and vendors.
- Justify payroll calculations for audits and financial reviews.
- Define and communicate annual payroll calendars and cycles.
- Contribute to payroll aspects of M&A transactions.
Continuous Improvement & Communication
- Drive process optimization, automation, and self-service initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Lead projects to improve efficiency with third-party payroll providers.
- Share expertise and maintain clear process documentation.
- Act as a change agent, aligning processes with Finance and HR standards.
- Lead payroll-related projects to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7–10 years of relevant Payroll or HR Administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of International Payroll processes; ADP experience preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are an advantage.
- Expertise in Payroll legislation, tax compliance, and compensation treatment.
- Advanced MS Office skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, customer focus, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Project Management skills and experience.
