For our client - a large, international production company - we are looking for a person for the position of Payroll Coordinator with German .
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Science or other related discipline or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in HR and payroll services
- Excellent communication skills English and German level B2/C1
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, multitasking and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Respond to and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external payroll service provider to process payroll and resolve erroneous payroll transactions
- Viewing and checking payroll files
- Support pre-payroll activities (e.g. finalizing data entry, checking the quality of the master data file and confirming the completeness of time/payroll data)
- Help resolve input errors (and other errors) from external vendors or internal stakeholders
- Support year-end payroll processing activities
