Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Global Workforce Operations (GWO) team.

In your role as payroll coordinator, you will be a valuable member of our regional team serving employees in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for the data entry for Netherlands payroll and have the opportunity to develop further and support international payrolls. You will provide quality initial support services to all employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness.

In your role you will:

  • Be responsible for data administration for the Dutch payroll, which entails data entry, assistance in preparation, creation and execution of the monthly payroll using SAP Globalview.
  • Support international payroll administration across the GWO team when required.
  • Assist with the preparation of the onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure correspondence with institutions such as tax authorities, social security institutions, health insurance or pension providers is also one of your daily tasks as SAP key users.
  • Respond to questions on payroll procedures and practices via multiple channels within ServiceNow (e.g., email, phone, chat, and case management system).
  • Work with our internal and external partners for global assignments coming in and out of the Netherlands.
  • Educate employees about services available to them and encourage self-service tools and other systems.
  • With your IT affinity and your eye for continuous improvement, think outside the box and, based on your analyses, make recommendations for continuous process optimization.

Qualifications

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in European Payroll, preferably Dutch payroll.
  • You possess knowledge and understanding of Dutch payroll legislation or similar.
  • Strong communication skills in English are a must (spoken and written) and preferably Dutch.
  • You have the ability to document processes and make recommendations for improvements.
