Whatll do:

• Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs
• Work closely with People Business Partners, Finance teams, and external payroll vendors
• Provide data-driven insights to People and Finance for budgeting and forecasting
• Monitor KPIs related to pay-for-performance and compensation trends
• Conduct benchmarking using methodologies such as Mercer or Korn Ferry to ensure market competitiveness
• Track and report HR-related data including staff costs such as salaries, benefits, bonuses, and other compensation elements, prepare dashboards and optimize reporting processes
• Develop and optimize payroll and HR controlling processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll system data
• Implement and calculate statutory bonuses, commissions, and other variable compensation schemes
• Support HR system implementations and integration projects as required

About you

• Thorough experience in the role of Payroll Analyst
• This role combines technical payroll expertise with analytical skills to optimize reward strategies and maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Experience with BI and payroll analytics tools
• Analytical approach, ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to apply best practices and optimize payroll operations
