  • Proven experience working independently as an HR and Payroll Specialist in Poland.
  • Excellent knowledge of Polish labor and tax law, as well as ZUS and PIT regulations.
  • Professional proficiency in Comarch Optima (Kadry i Płace module), Płatnik, and PPK platform (PZU) — mandatory requirement.
  • Fluency in Polish (C1 level or higher).
  • Strong command of Google Workspace (Chrome, Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Chat, Drive).
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.


Would be a plus:

  • English proficiency (B2 or higher).
  • Advanced Excel skills (automation).
  • Experience working with Symfonia.
  • Experience in the IT industry.
