We are looking for qualified candidates for Payroll and Personnel Administration Team Leader position to join our team in Vesuvius Shared Service Center based in Kraków.

In this role the successful candidate will manage a small team and have an overview of all Payroll and Personnel Administration activities servicing 3 Vesuvius companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high standards of payroll and personnel administration (documentation) services to our customers
  • Managing the team; motivating, developing competencies, servicing advisory and expertise in social security and labor law
  • Cooperation and obligatory reporting and activities with Tax Office, Social Security Office (ZUS), National Disabled Persons Fund (PFRON), Central Statistical Office (GUS)
  • Calculating independently payroll for one of the 3 serviced companies.
  • Delivering reporting on dependent processes for company purposes
  • Standardizing payroll and administration processes, ensuring consistency and optimization

Requirements:

  • University degree preferably in labor law/economics/human resources
  • 5 years of experience in payroll calculation and managing personnel documentation, in organization about 500 HC
  • Very good experience and practical skills in calculation and all payroll related activities independently.
  • Very good knowledge of Polish social security law, labor law, especially related to payroll, personnel documentation and personnel files administering, time attendance.
  • Experience in process standardization
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Very good knowledge of English language, fluent knowledge of Polish language
