Payroll & HR Specialist

Ronbay Technology, an international company belonging to a capital group operating in the advanced technology materials industry, is currently looking for a Payroll & HR Specialist to join our new plant in Konin (JS Energy Europe).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring HR and payroll activities in compliance with labor law regulations
- Preparing internal HR and payroll reports and summaries
- Organizing onboarding processes for new employees
- Cooperating with external payroll providers and auditors
- Participating in HR and payroll process improvements and internal/external audits
- Handling full employee lifecycle documentation
- Payroll calculation, processing, and verification
- Knowledge of regulations regarding the employment of foreign nationals is an advantage
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR/Payroll position with solid knowledge of HR processes (mandatory)
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- High level of engagement, initiative, and goal-oriented mindset
- Creativity, flexibility, and independence in task execution
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of labor law and payroll regulations
- Experience working with payroll systems
