We are currently looking for a Payroll Analyst, who will support our client – a global leader in medical technology.

Your responsibilities:
- Ensures payroll and benefits reporting and payments are compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Deep collaboration with outside service providers to administer company benefits and payroll systems.
- Closely collaborate with various HR functions and finance, to ensure a smooth payroll processing and actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responds to and resolve client inquires via the case management system (Service Now).
- Responsible for updating payroll information for employees on our HR Portal.
- Researches and interprets regulatory requirements for payroll processing.
- Responds to auditing and regulatory inquiries.
Our requirements:
- Fluent (verbal and written) in English. Fluent Polish.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in Human Resource s, Finance, or other relevant Degrees.
- Advanced Excel user.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and methodical approach required.
- Confidentiality and data protection mindset.
