Our client from the technology and telecommunications industry is currently seeking candidates for the position of Payroll Analyst.

What Youll Do
- Responsible for payroll process for several countries in EMEA in an in-house payroll processing or outsourced to local vendor.
- Reviewing and controlling payroll related payments to employees, Tax Authorities and Social Security Office.
- Compliance & Employee Support.
- Process all payroll related journal entries into the general ledger.
- Prepare monthly tax returns for wage taxes.
- Single point of contact for the business partners (i.e. HR and Finance).
- Financial Analysis and planning: able to calculate impacts of law changes in term of social security, benefits, tax wages.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of payroll experience with multi country support or equivalent experience in related areas.
- Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills including data manipulation and the ability to create meaningful reports.
- Experience turning raw data into meaningful reports for different audiences.
- Hands-on experience of data entry and data validation with high accuracy.
- Critical thinking skills and problem solving.
- Comfort with change and the ability to adapt and recover quickly from adversity.
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
- Proactiveness and teamwork.
- Good judgment and confidentiality.
Desired Skills
- Experience with ADP GV (SAP payroll).
- Experience in a multinational remuneration environment.
- Payroll qualifications recognized in the relevant country.
- Meets challenging deadlines under pressure and balances multiple priorities.

- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
