Tasks & Responsibilities
- As the HR Payroll & Time Management Team Manager, you are responsible for the professional end‑to‑end service delivery in the area of Payroll & Time Management for several European countries, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations
- You manage a team with varying experience levels and adhere to company values and leadership principles. Your focus is on customer experience excellence, business process excellence, and people development
- You oversee the organizational setup and provide operational support to the team in maintaining employee data, processing tax issues, onboarding new hires, handling terminations, managing interfaces, and auditing payroll data to ensure accuracy in payout execution
- Creating time‑specific reports, conducting quality management, and performing annually recurring time‑management activities (e.g., submission of holiday entitlements) are also within your scope of responsibilities
- Your team is accountable for responding to inquiries related to Payroll and Time Management with complex substance via phone and email, utilizing our case management system
- You regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders, manage escalations, and leverage your strong communication skills, social competencies, and technical expertise
- You work on projects in an environment where service quality is measured using targets, ensuring process adherence during operational activities
About our future employee
You should have verified knowledge in end‑to‑end payroll processing and time management administration for at least one European country, speak English at a minimum B2 level, and have at least 5 years of professional experience in a Hire‑to‑Retire Shared Services environment, including min. 2 years of leadership experience.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferably in HR or similar areas)
- Strong empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurship, and a high‑quality service orientation with a focus on end‑user centricity
- A positive approach and the ability to act as a role model in our speak‑up culture, actively contributing ideas for process optimization
- Resilience and proven ability to independently address complex issues with a solution‑oriented working style (e.g., in the HR 3‑pillar model) during times of transformation and change
- Preferably, experience in Process Transition & Transformation
- Preferably, experience with SAP, Interflex, Workforce, ServiceNow, MS Office (advanced Excel skills), ADP PY Systems and/or SuccessFactors
