For our client we are looking for a Payroll & HR Ops Partner (German) who will act as a link between internal teams and external partners, handling payroll, expat administration and audits whilst optimising systems and processes.

What we expect
- min. 3 years of professional experience in HR departement ( HR Operations; Payroll)
- Fluent in German and English
- Commercial training or completed business studies
- Experience in working with international internal and external providers
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- Strong teamwork skills, customer orientation, reliability and hands-on mentality

Your tasks
- Partnership-based cooperation with the external payroll provider for payroll accounting
- Implementation of proper and timely payroll accounting in compliance with all legal and internal regulations
- Cooperation with internal interfaces and shared service centers (e.g. payroll accounting team)
- Administration of expat payroll in cooperation with external partners
- Support for monthly closing
- Supporting the HR manager with external and internal audits
- Ensuring proper handling of the absence process/long-term sick leave
- Creation of employment references, HR letters and employment contracts
- Contact for employees on payroll accounting and HR issues
