What do you have to offer?

• Good knowledge of spoken and written German 
• Practical experience in payroll accounting will be an advantage
• Practical experience in working with the accounting system SAP is an advantage
• Knowledge of tax law and social security law
• Practice in the use of popular MS Office tools
• Independent, conscientious and well-organised working manner
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English will be an advantage

Which task can you expect?

• Independent and autonomous preparation of payroll accounts (including special functions such as payroll accounting for mini-employees, students, temporary employees, interns, short-term employees)
  
• Maintenance of basic and transactional data
• Preparation of statistics and analyses
• Clarification of payroll tax and social security issues
• Contact person for the assigned client as well as for various authorities, health insurance funds or social security organisations
• Preparation of annual financial reports and answering questions arising therefrom
