Currently to our HR Services EMEA team we are looking for a person specialized in payroll processes and speaking German. In this crucial role, youll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for our diverse workforce, directly impacting the lives of our valued employees.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of personnel administration, call centers or HR administration in Shared Service Center environment.
- Master or Bachelor in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Economics, or related areas.
- Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and operations, mostly payroll related.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills including ability to diffuse challenging situations.
- Skills to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.
- Language Skills:
- Internal corporate language: English B2 level required
- Working with customers: German B2 level required
