Payroll Advisor – Austria

Your responsibilities

• Independently preparing and calculating payroll for Austrian clients
• Resolving issues and communicating with authorities, the Austrian Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK), and the tax office on matters related to labor law, social law, and tax law
• Handling HR administration and creating reports and statistics
• Collaborating on client projects to ensure the smooth transition of payroll tasks
• Sharing knowledge with junior colleagues and supporting them during their training phase

Our requirements

• Very good knowledge of German (B2/C1) and good knowledge of English (B1), both spoken and written
• Several years of experience in payroll calculation for Austrian clients
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools
• Independence, accuracy, and well-organized work style
• Strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of SAGE DPW, SAP, or LGV+ would be an additional asset
