What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Working closely with PSPs and internal stakeholders.
  • Working with data dashboards, reports and performance analytics.
  • Analysing competitors and market payment flows.
  • Improving the payment conversion and proposing practical optimisation.
  • Monitoring and improving payment conversion based on data.
  • Handling operational issues with payment partners.
  • Representing the company at industry events when required.
  • Supporting the team and contributing to a stable payment environment for users.

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in fintech, ideally within gaming, digital goods or an online marketplace fintech / payments team.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to read and understand auth rates, fraud rates and conversion rates.
  • Experience setting up payment flows and routing.
  • Solid understanding of payment conversion and how to improve it through practical optimisation.
  • Understanding of PSP settlement cycle and how PSPs operate in fintech.
  • Willingness to attend industry conferences when needed.
  • Experience with fraud monitoring and chargeback handling.
  • Experience with cascading logic and transaction routing inside a Payment Hub.
