What we expect

• university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• minimum 2 years of experience in bank statement management and/or payment management and processing payments
• understanding of payment processing and bank statement accounting
• understanding of Invoice to Pay and Invoice to Cash processes
• fluency in English, both written and spoken
• experience in working with the ERP systems, preferably SAP and Swift, Service Now
• systematic, organized, and proactive approach to daily tasks
• strong problem-solving capabilities and a development-oriented attitude
• excellent customer service skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships in a team
• cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a global environment

Your tasks

• manage payment proposals, process bank statements, and handle accounting for both customers and suppliers
• ensure all payments follow legal regulations and company guidelines while meeting strict deadlines
• support the payment software by reporting issues, requesting technical updates, and coordinating improvements
• help move new company entities into the global payment system and validate their financial data
• act as a main point of contact for global users and partners to resolve questions regarding payment tools or processes
• prepare financial reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders to ensure everything is transparent and correct
• identify and implement new ideas to make payment workflows more efficient and standardized across the company
• train new team members and act as a backup for colleagues when needed
