We are seeking an independent person who, as a Payment Specialist, will be responsible for payment processes and the dispatch of payment cards to customers in Poland.
Your future challenges:
- Matching payments that the system can not match itself.
- Sending payment cards to customers.
- Occasionally assisting colleagues who process customer requests.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Min. 6 months of experience in payment processing, finance operations, customer service, or data administration.
- Hands‑on experience working with financial systems, payment platforms.
- Skilled in entering and matching payments quickly and with a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of financial products (consumer credit).
- Providing high quality customer service with minimal need for supervision.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and maintain service standards.
- Diligence and reliability in handling sensitive data.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Maintains accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation tasks.
- Comfortably work with numerical data.
- Good command of spoken and written English (min. B1) and Polish (min. C1 level).
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google applications.
