Payment Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Perform financial operations across multiple banking platforms, urgent payments and necessary controls on incoming and outgoing payments
  • Cooperate with Country Controllers on all daily inquiries
  • Analyze and resolve payment issues
  • Review, approve and prepare requests for ad hoc analysis of various financial information, applying operational and financial analytics appropriately
  • Assist with auditors and audit requirements including SOX testing
  • Contact banks to clarify payment/admin queries
  • Monitor daily cash positioning
  • Support Team Leader to ensure all month‑end deliverables are met
  • Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to ensure audit and control policies are followed for all day‑to‑day accounting processes

Qualifications

  • University degree (BA, MA)
