About the project

As a key advisor to leading financial institutions, you will drive complex transformation programs, shape future-ready payment strategies, and integrate cutting-edge technologies.

Your responsibilities

Lead strategic advisory engagements focused on the modernization and transformation of payment systems.
Design and implement innovative payment solutions, including real-time payments, open banking, digital wallets, and cross-border capabilities.
Drive end-to-end technology delivery, including project planning, Agile execution, budgeting, and risk management.
Own the architecture and transformation of payment platforms, ensuring scalability, resilience, and cloud readiness.
Integrate emerging technologies such as AI, GenAI, and blockchain into payment strategies and operating models.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, cloud-native solutions.
Advise clients on regulatory trends, security standards, and compliance in the payments landscape.
Engage senior stakeholders and steering committees, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective communication.

Our requirements

Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in financial services advisory including payment systems/processes and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of the end-to-end payments value chain and regulatory frameworks (e.g., PSD2, ISO 20022).
Proven experience in API architecture and microservices design.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevSecOps.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills in global, matrixed environments.
Fluent in English, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
