**What You’ll Do:*** Gather, develop, and design reports in collaboration with internal teams and partners using Power BI and other tools.* Manage and deliver on ad hoc requests submitted by operational and business partners.* Design and develop reporting tools that are deployed across the organization.* Update existing reports with new business rules or based on operational requests.* Communicate and present findings and insights to leadership and stakeholders.* Support strategic decision-making through comprehensive data analysis and reporting.* Ensure consistency and accuracy in all reporting outputs.* Proactively identify opportunities for improving reporting processes and metrics.**Required Skills:*** Bachelor’s Degree.* 2+ years’ experience with data analysis and business intelligence.* Technical proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and all MS Office products, with advanced experience in Microsoft Excel.* Intermediate level of SQL – ability to read and adjust queries.* Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.* Ability to communicate and present to leadership and stakeholders.* Action-oriented and adaptable to change.* Pharmaceutical background is an asset.* Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.**Preferred Skills:*** Working experience in a shared service environment.* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.**#LI-Hybrid****About Biogen Poland**:Our Warsaw office is a complex hub for local, regional and global roles.
