Position: Patient Service Manager – Warsaw Clinic
This role is central to maintaining the highest standards of patient experience, administrative efficiency, and international service quality at our Warsaw clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Reception Management
- Supervise reception operations and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
- Oversee patient registration, scheduling, and appointment coordination.
- Guarantee top-quality service at every step of the patient journey.
- Support daily clinic readiness and ensure full compliance with AMC service standards.
Administrative & Communication Support
- Act as liaison between patients, doctors, and administrative teams.
- Manage inquiries and correspondence professionally via phone, email, and in person.
- Support documentation, translations, and reporting as needed.
- Monitor front-desk systems and promptly address any operational issues.
Insurance & Payments
- Coordinate with international and local insurers for coverage verification and GOPs.
- Manage payment processes and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with AMC insurance SOPs.
- Ensure full adherence to AMC’s communication and privacy standards.
- Address patient feedback professionally and proactively.
- Support evening or weekend shifts when needed for continuity of care.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Professional, service-oriented, and proactive attitude
- Experience in healthcare administration or hospitality management preferred
