Our requirements
Is results-oriented with excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Have 1–3+ years of outbound phone experience (telesales/inside sales/SDR).
Are fearless on the phone, fast with objections, and disciplined with follow-ups.
Communicate crisply in Polish (C1+); English (B2+) is a plus.
Use CRM well and like working from a clear playbook.
Possesses strong analytical thinking and negotiation abilities.
Has a proactive attitude, thrives in teamwork, and is ready to take initiative.
Is capable of managing multiple prospects and leads simultaneously.
