Juo , a fast growing tech startup, is looking for a partnership lead to join the team in Wrocław (PL), Gdańsk (PL), Warsaw (PL) or remotely. About us At Juo, were building technology for businesses that want to build, run and scale their subscription offering. Business model-wise, Juo is a B2B SaaS. Our initial and current focus has been on direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands selling physical products, but our goal is to make Juo components applicable in any industry where a subscription model can be applied for repetitive selling of physical goods. Juo operates at the intersection of a few areas, like ecommerce and payments, but — especially our new platform — with a strong focus on developer experience. The team is lean and consists only of experienced people. In the past, we built successful businesses together. Some unsuccessful ones too — and learned a ton from that. Business-wise, we have passed the most difficult stage for any startup — finding the so-called product-market fit, which means we can focus on building and perfecting the product without financial concerns about the purpose of these actions. We are confident in ourselves, in what we do, and in the value we create for ourselves, our clients, and end users. Were backed by fantastic investors and advisors, including domain experts from companies such as PayU, Piwik PRO, and Your KAYA. We recently raised €4 million in seed funding led by Market One Capital and PEAK, with participation from SMOK Ventures, BADideas, FJ Labs, and Lakestar. In other words, we have all the resources needed to be able to focus on building the product, shipping fast, and delivering value to the clients. The role: Partnerships lead Juo builds ecommerce technology for operators and developers. Our growth strategy is built around partnerships — from ecommerce consultants, agencies, implementation partners, to complementary tech and payment providers. Were looking for someone who understands how these ecosystems work, naturally builds trust on the other side of the table, and can turn relationships into scalable programs. This role exists to take our existing partnerships to the next level and grow the network significantly. Youll design and run experiments to find what scales, build processes from scratch, and own the partnership strategy end to end. Responsibilities Own Juos partnership programs and run them as scalable initiatives Build and scale the partnership pipeline through structured growth experiments Maintain and deepen relationships with current partners — make them active advocates, not passive logos Continuously improve the partnership program to deliver real value for partners and stay aligned with Juos product and go-to-market strategy Expand the partner and client ecosystem into new segments and geographies Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to connect partner activity with revenue outcomes Requirements 5 years of experience in partnerships, growth, or business development at a tech company (ideally SaaS, ecommerce, payments) Comfort working in a lean startup environment — you dont wait for playbooks, you write them After 8 hours at an event with possible leads you have more energy than before it Strong sense of ownership — youve run programs end to end and held yourself accountable for results Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, support and development) Excellent communicator who can adapt tone and message to founders, developers, and agency owners Fluent with modern tools like Attio, Notion, Linear, Slack and Superhuman — and comfortable using AI to move faster Fluency in English (written and spoken) Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) What we offer Being a part of a high-trust team you can rely on Taking an active part in building a revolutionary product loved by its users Competitive salary Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Full time, fully remote Team retreats (we love getting together in person a few times a year) Paid vacation days MacBook Pro and all necessary tools (including AI credits) 1-on-1 access to the founders, investors, and advisors — your insights matter How to apply We dont like long processes — usually ~3 weeks from first email to decision.
