Remote work model: You can work in a hybrid model from our Wroclaw office, or remotely.



As a Partnerships and Business Development Representative at ULAM LABS, you will play a key role in building strong relationships and acquiring new clients, contributing to the growth and success of the business across the Web3 and Finance sectors, while also engaging in Web2 opportunities.



Who are we?


We are ULAM LABS - a Wroclaw-based custom software development company specializing in creating complex products for companies, focusing on financial technologies.



Your daily missions:


  • Proactive prospecting focused on building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects that can be converted into long-term clients;
  • Identifying and classifying leads based on potential sales opportunities to ensure they align with business goals;
  • Generating sales leads by reaching out to customers using various outbound sales channels, e.g. email, social media, and other innovative methods;
  • Establishing and nurturing connections with prospects, maintaining ongoing communication to build trust and credibility;
  • Participating in meetings to develop business strategies;
  • Collaborating with sales & marketing team;
  • Representing the company at industry meetings and conferences.



Your profile:


  • 2+ years of proven experience in selling IT services;
  • Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities;
  • Experience using various channels for outreach, e.g. email, phone, social media, and other methods;
  • Curiosity about searching for new approaches and ways to attract clients;
  • Proactiveness and a can-do attitude;
  • Fluency in English (min. C1 level);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Willingness to work outside of regular business hours due to cooperation with clients across different time zones (you may need to adjust your schedule to accommodate their needs and arrange calls).



We appreciate the extras in you:


  • Big plus if you have experience in Web3 industry;
  • Experience in conducting sales processes end-to-end (from prospecting and lead generation to signing a contract);
  • Familiarity with tools such as Linkedin Sales Navigator and Hubspot;
  • A higher degree.

How do we recruit?


  • CV review. Your application will be carefully reviewed to know if you meet the basic requirements.
  • Phone interview. During the 30 min call, we will get to know each other better. Also by talking in English.
  • HR and Technical meetings. This step is divided into two parts. The online HR interview includes a company presentation and an in-depth interview with soft questions. During the technical part, you can showcase all your talents by answering technical questions asked by your future supervisor, and completing a recruitment task. Here, you can also talk about the details of the role.
  • References check. We value hearing feedback from your previous employers or individuals who can confirm your experience and qualifications.
  • Offering with feedback. You can expect feedback from us. Once we are sure that you are a perfect fit for the role, we will prepare an offer for you.

Onboarding first day


We are excited to spend your first 3 days with you in our office. You will get to know your dedicated Buddy - Tino Mutapati and the whole team, meet your Leader - Filip Paplaczyk, and receive a welcome pack with all equipment you need for work. You will also complete the formalities of the contract, and have training on tools and health&safety. We will also tell you more about the company and our corporate culture. Time for a break and having coffee/tea and lunch on the house with your team. After the first week, you will already know your team and supervisor, be introduced to the tasks and projects, and learn your first duties in the new position. You will finish the week with a feedback meeting hosted by the People & Culture team.



Onboarding one month


You will know all your responsibilities, and actively participate in team meetings. You will have cyclical 1:1 meetings with the Leader. After a month of cooperation, we expect you to: do independent search and identify leads, craft initial messages to potential customers to connect and schedule initial meetings, be an active participant in team meetings. You will end the week with a feedback meeting, hosted by the People & Culture team.



Onboarding three months


After four months of successful cooperation, you will talk to your Leader about how you are working with us. We look forward to your feedback. After the whole 6 months onboarding, you will already be fully implemented in your responsibilities, and you will master all the names of our employees! :)
