1. SaaS Partnership Management
Daily Operations: Manage smaller SaaS partnerships (Zendesk, Pipedrive, Zoom) under SVPM supervision.
Activation: Drive proactive management to increase partner-generated revenue.
2. New Partner Development
Outreach: Independently hunt and initiate contact with potential partners (Email, LinkedIn).
Qualification: Assess partner potential and hand over qualified leads to the Strategic Manager.
3. Planning & Market Research
Business Plans: Prepare preliminary calculations and growth plans for new partnerships.
Market Intelligence: Monitor the vendor landscape and identify new partnership opportunities.
4. Operations & CRM
Catalogue Ownership: Manage the FOTC partner catalogue (content, updates, and verification).
CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate partner data, statuses, and labeling within the CRM.
5. Strategic Support
Backup: Support the management of strategic vendors during the SVPM’s absence.
Knowledge Sharing: Update Sales and Customer Success teams on new partners and products.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational role within Marketing, Partnerships, Channel Management, Sales Operations, or Vendor Management in a technology/SaaS company.
• Practical knowledge and experience in conducting the Outreach process and initial lead qualification (B2B/B2P).
• Experience in data management within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) and meticulous attention to operational detail.
• English Language: Fluent level (min. C1) – a prerequisite for daily communication with international Vendors and documentation creation.
