We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our team in the EMEA region . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and enhance our market presence.



What you will be doing:
  • Identifying and engaging potential partners to cultivate collaborative business opportunities for PayU in EMEA.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners to enhance and maximize partnership effectiveness.
  • Developing and implementing partnership strategies that align with company goals and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
  • Conducting market research to discover new trends and potential partnership prospects across the EMEA region.
  • Collaborating with internal teams—including sales, marketing, and product development—to ensure seamless and successful execution of partnerships.
  • Monitoring and reporting on partnership performance, fostering continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Negotiating partnership agreements and managing contract discussions to secure favorable terms for all parties involved.
What we are looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the EMEA market.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in e-payments, fintech, or ecommerce sector.
  • Ability to create a constructive tension across the sales, taking advantage of data analytics to create valuable insights to inspire merchants, teach them something new, show them how to make or save money.
  • Understanding customers’ value drivers with the ability to reframe and change the view customers have of their business.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
