We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Partnership Account Manager to join our team. This role is for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates with confidence, and can manage multiple priorities without losing focus on quality and results. You will take full ownership of relationships with key B2B partners, ensuring smooth cooperation, high‑quality project delivery, and long‑term business growth. You will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, coordinate cross‑departmental work, and manage end‑to‑end projects from briefing and planning to execution, reporting, and optimisation.
What you’ll do
- Manage and grow relationships with key B2B partners, ensuring long‑term satisfaction and business expansion.
- Lead meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions with senior‑level client stakeholders.
- Coordinate and deliver projects end‑to‑end: from receiving the brief, through planning, execution, cross‑team alignment, to reporting and post‑analysis.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients — ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and proactive issue‑solving.
- Work closely with internal teams including production, logistics, marketing, IT, pricing, and operations to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
- Identify client needs, market trends, risks, and opportunities — and recommend actionable solutions.
- Track and analyse performance metrics, prepare reports, and translate data into business insights.
- Prioritise tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
Requirements, must‑have
- Fluent English and Polish – proficiency (C1), both written and spoken.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Partnership Manager, or in a similar client‑facing role.
- Proven experience working with large B2B clients, including leading meetings, negotiations, and managing expectations.
- Strong confidence in business communication across different levels of an organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end project management.
- Ability to work under time pressure while maintaining high‑quality standards.
- Experience in cross‑functional collaboration with teams such as production, logistics, marketing, IT, and pricing.
- Excellent communication skills – clear and structured emails, briefs, and verbal communication.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.
- Basic data analysis skills – ability to identify trends, issues, and recommend next steps.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the packaging or e‑commerce industry.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Slack, PowerBI.

- Knowledge of production or supply chain processes.
Benefits
- Top‑notch HQ – 2500 square metres filled with tech and goodies such as a barista, lunches, and brunches! All in a great location, close to the city centre with free parking.
- Flexible working hours – work‑life balance and the possibility to work remotely.
