Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain schedules (Outlook), including coordinating and scheduling meetings, conference calls with stakeholders from around the world.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Handle expenses, including reconciling expense reports and submitting invoices for payment.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients and vendors, fielding inquiries and directing communication as appropriate.
  • Entering data and proposals into the CRM system.

Your profile

  • Excellent communication skills in English on a business level.
  • German language skills are highly desirable (as a strong advantage).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint and a general affinity for technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and taking notes, also timeline reminders.
  • Proactive approach and a strong focus on assistance and problem-solving.
  • Proven experience providing executive-level support, preferred in consulting environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal competences.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
