Responsibilities

  • Co‑creation a sustainable long‑term growth strategy for Lee Wrangler in Poland, considering market trends and consumer behaviors.
  • Deliver sustainable profit contribution for the company and our partners, with focus on Key Partners and Key Cities.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for the network of approximately 35 partner stores.
  • Manage and develop the partners – motivating, supporting their business growth, and enforcing performance targets.
  • Plan sales activities and oversee negotiations with partners.
  • Create clear and insightful sales and analytical reports.
  • Analyze sales data using advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Work closely with the local marketing team to implement effective promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the CS department to ensure efficient product distribution to stores.
  • Identify and implement new solutions to increase operational efficiency in partner stores.
  • Build long‑term relationships with our partners.
  • Negotiate and optimize order processes focused on efficiency and performance.
  • Monitor product displays and ensure brand guidelines are followed, while helping stores improve their sales performance.
  • Monitor key sales indicators (Retail KPIs) such as sales per m², conversion rate, average basket value, stock turnover, margin percentage.
  • Analyze financial performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and store turnover.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for individual regions and store.
