Job Description

  • Play a key role in the continued growth of selected practices in Poland and CEE
  • Drive business development and corporate client acquisition among local and regional decision makers
  • Develop your expertise in selected markets by expanding proactively a network of business contacts among C-level professionals
  • Offer advisory services and tailored-made solutions to clients
  • Identify new business opportunities, win new clients and tenders (provide presentations, advise on market trends and negotiate contracts)
  • Manage executive search projects from interview to offer management and follow up the integration of candidates in their new organisations
  • Leverage your network across other functions within our partner brands and with peers across Page Executive Global.
  • Represent the company and the brand at conferences and networking events
  • As a member of the Global Page Executive practice community, you will - share and gain experiences from other practice responsible consultants
  • Drive global business initiatives and take an active part in regular practice meetings with other experts
  • Support the further development of Page Group and Page Executive in accordance with the Group strategy

The Successful Applicant

  • Several years of experience in executive search / recruitment industry or in leadership functions in sales or business development or human resources
  • Demonstrate a proactive networking approach, ability to be a business partner for local, regional and global decision makers (including but not limited to C-level professionals, supervisory boards and founders)
  • Proven business development track record in delivering revenue targets with strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Experienced in managing multiple and complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with exceptional customer service attitude
  • Outstanding communication and time management skills
  • Fluency in English
