We are looking for a proactive and creative Partner Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of joint marketing initiatives with key partners to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure co-marketing activities deliver measurable impact.
Your responsibilities
- Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns with partners, including emails, webinars, social media, and events.
- Create joint marketing materials such as blog posts, landing pages, presentations, brochures, documentation, and case studies.
- Coordinate partner activities for product launches, promotions, and industry events.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and R&D teams to ensure alignment with company messaging.
- Maintain an organized partner marketing calendar and manage deadlines for deliverables.
- Contribute to identifying new partnership opportunities and support partner onboarding.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to guide strategy.
Our requirements
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, partner/channel marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Comfortable working in a small, agile team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn and grow in partner marketing.

How we work and what you get
This is a full-time position in a hybrid work model. Our main HQ is in Warsaw. If you’re based in Warsaw, you can work hybrid (2x/week in the office) or fully from the office. If you’re based elsewhere, you may choose to work fully remotely, with the possibility of office visits (we also have a location in Poznań).
We offer two types of contracts: B2B (preferred) or UoP. On top of the standard salary and benefits, you will have access to private healthcare and a Multisport card.
