Partner Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Partner Finance Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing European partners’ personal accounts, ensuring accurate financial management, and providing comprehensive support to various financial teams and committees. The ideal candidate will have a strong mathematical aptitude, exceptional Excel skills, and a keen understanding of basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the personal accounts of European partners, utilizing MS Excel for detailed account management, calculations, and data analysis.
  • Perform day-to-day updates in Excel tables, making necessary adjustments based on current needs and management requirements.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to meet the needs of management and European partners.
  • Maintain effective communication with European Compensation Committee representatives, individual partners, and financial teams across various European countries.
  • Work closely with the accountancy and treasury teams to ensure precise financial management and reporting.
  • Assist the Partner Capital Coordinator with various tasks and responsibilities.
  • Provide support to auditors regarding partner payments and related financial matters.
  • Collaborate with the tax team by providing relevant information and analysis to support tax-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including complex formulas and basic macros.
  • Accounting Awareness: Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Mathematical aptitude: Strong numerical acumen.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
