Note: This position is for candidates already based in Europe with a valid working visa/permit.

We are seeking a Partner Enablement Consultant to support a growing partner ecosystem by driving strategic enablement programs and initiatives. This role is critical in developing and executing partner education efforts that increase awareness of programs, solutions, and services—ultimately fostering partner success and accelerating business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimize enablement programs that support partner onboarding, learning, and performance.
  • Develop high-quality enablement materials: training guides, onboarding resources, templates, and communication toolkits.
  • Lead strategic communication plans including webinars, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person partner events that align with business goals.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between Human Edge and partners, advocating for partner needs.
  • Track enablement effectiveness, analyze engagement data, and make data-informed improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, social sciences, psychology or a related field. Master’s degree desirable.
  • 3–5 years of experience in leadership development, partner enablement, or human capital consulting.
  • Experience in coaching and leadership assessment tools.
  • Fluency in English; German is desirable.
  • Experienced practitioner in human capital consulting (e.g., leadership / people development, learning, team development, executive coaching).
  • Business-savvy, strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically (e.g., create materials, lead sessions, analyze feedback).
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, virtual work environment.
  • Ability to operate strategically while executing tactically.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and partner relationship management (PRM) portals.
