Part-time Cashier with Spanish and English and Polish (min. With an extensive global presence across nearly 200 countries and territories, the company’s mission is to support customers and communities by making financial services more accessible.About This RoleThis role is customer-facing and responsible for providing support to customers and assisting them with financial services and transactions. ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Interact with customers face-to-face to receive and process services such as money transfers, money orders, and foreign currency exchange (buying and selling).
• Accurately verify and enter customer information into internal systems.• Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, cancellations, or branch locations.
• Recognize problems, issues, or complaints and propose solutions or escalate them to the management team when necessary.
• Stay up to date with products, services, and internal policies.
• Balance the cash register and prepare cash deposits for the bank.
• Maintain records of daily transactions.
• Actively promote services by distributing leaflets to attract customers to the store (mandatory requirement).
• • Perform additional duties as assigned by colleagues or supervisors.

WYMAGANIA: • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.• Previous cash handling experience is highly preferred.• Strong customer service skills.• Valid work permit.• Cashier license is highly preferred.• Basic Polish and conversational English andSpanish and any additional languages are highly valued.• Positive attitude and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team and provide excellent customer service.
