Paralegal

Your responsibilities

• Revising contractual documents and corporate documents;
• Supporting the group’s legal team;
• Assisting the polish team in topics regarding the polish entities and the polish business on matter connected to the legal department;
• Handle administrative tasks related to the legal department.

Our requirements

• Paralegal with 3-5 years of experience - law degree completed;
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Experienced in assisting with commercial contracts, corporate documents and resolutions – (labor related issues is a plus);
• We are looking for proactive person who wants to develop skills in a multinational company/environment and a multi-disciplinary team, is team player; and critical thinker with problem solver mentality;
• CV in English language
