P&O Ops Service Delivery Payroll Expert – Sandoz Polska
We are looking for an experienced payroll expert to join our P&O Ops Service Delivery team at Sandoz Polska.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute core HR processes connected to pre‑payroll, payroll and post‑payroll activities.
- Collaborate closely with P&O Business Partners, Technology and other P&O teams to ensure seamless employee experience.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records in the ADP GV system in line with in‑house HCM systems (Workday, SAP).
- Ensure all transactions are documented in our Case Management System and processed within the defined SLA and KPIs (turn‑around time, first‑time right rate).
- Perform quality checks and apply the 4‑eye principle as defined in Sandoz P&O Internal Controls.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support global or regional HR projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Validate payroll inputs and outputs, including variable pay, deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Address employee payroll queries and ensure resolution in line with SLAs.
- Support audits and ensure payroll processes comply with internal controls and local regulations.
- Ensure consistent adherence to Global and Local HR Policies, labour regulations and Data Protection Standards (GDPR).
- Maintain audit‑ready documentation and follow robust process controls, including segregation of duties and 4‑eye reviews.
- Support Internal Audits with timely, accurate documentation and responses.
- Contribute to regular reporting of operational performance, identifying root causes for SLA breaches, quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, ideally in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
- Fluency in Polish and English is a must.
- Strong working knowledge of local labour law and HR compliance requirements.
- Advanced experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ServiceNow) and time‑management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
