About the Role
As a P&C Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering complex employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate and compliant execution of HR operations. You will collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll and in‑country P&C teams, act as a subject matter expert in your process area, and contribute to the development of a high‑performing, customer‑focused P&C Operations team. You may also act as a buddy/coach for junior colleagues and serve as a point of contact for escalated cases.
What You’ll Do
Employee Lifecycle Processes
- Deliver complex lifecycle transactions (e.g., transfers, job changes, mobility, contingent worker onboarding/offboarding) according to SOPs and service levels
- Perform quality checks and peer reviews to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls and local legislation
Process Expertise & Collaboration
- Act as a subject matter expert for specific process areas, supporting documentation, training and improvements
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll and retained P&C teams to resolve non‑standard or escalated requests professionally and discreetly
Systems & Data
- Support updates in HRIS and case management systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
- Ensure end‑to‑end process completion with accuracy and timeliness
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation and process optimisation
- Participate in continuous improvement projects within the P&C Operations team
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Maintain process documentation and contribute to the knowledge base
What You Bring
Expertise and Skills
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills, customer focus and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information and resolve complex cases independently
Background
- 3–5 years of experience in P&C operations or HR shared services
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and relevant employment regulations
- University degree preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
