Join the HRIS Team in a Growing Global Knowledge Centre
Our client is building a world-class Global Knowledge Centre in Gdańsk and is looking for a talented P&C Operations HRIS Specialist to join the HR Digital / HRIS team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to combine your technical expertise with HR knowledge, supporting global systems and ensuring data accuracy and smooth HR technology operations.

About the Role
As a P&C Operations HRIS Specialist, you will play a key role in aligning HR technology with business needs. You will manage data within SAP SuccessFactors, support users with technical issues, and deliver high-quality reports and insights. You will also collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth system functionality and support organizational changes across the company.
What Youll Do:
Data Management
- Manage mass data imports for foundation objects, position management, and employee data
System Support & Training
- Provide technical support for users, resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Prepare user guides and technical documentation, conduct training sessions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure system solutions meet business needs
Employee Lifecycle Data
- Oversee data flows from hire to retire in SuccessFactors and advise users on related queries
Access Management
- Manage role-based permissions in the HR system
Reporting & Analytics
- Create ad hoc, table, canvas, and story reports to provide insights for the business
Ticketing
- Work with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to track and resolve requests
What You Bring:
Expertise and Skills
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (certification preferred)
- Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service mindset and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
Background
- 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (modules beyond Employee Central such as Performance & Goals, Recruitment Marketing, Succession, or Onboarding)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or Business Administration
- Experience in HRIS management, system implementation, and data reporting
- Knowledge of local data privacy and employment laws
