Manage mass data imports for foundation objects, position management, and employee data
Provide technical support for users, resolve day-to-day operational issues
Prepare user guides and technical documentation, conduct training sessions
Work with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure system solutions meet business needs
Oversee data flows from hire to retire in SuccessFactors and advise users on related queries
Manage role-based permissions in the HR system
Create ad hoc, table, canvas, and story reports to provide insights for the business
Work with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to track and resolve requests
WYMAGANIA:
Excellent command of English, written and spoken
Advanced knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (certification preferred)
Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Office
Strong customer service mindset and organizational skills
High attention to detail and analytical thinking
3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (modules beyond Employee Central such as Performance & Goals, Recruitment Marketing, Succession, or Onboarding)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration or similar
Experience in HRIS management, system implementation, and data reporting
Knowledge of local data privacy and employment laws
