• CyberArk

• The IMPACT team organises and develops identity and access management, including privileged access management (PAM). We operate in the middle of security and infrastructure, combining technical expertise with a process-oriented approach. We work with modern PAM and IAM tools, including CyberArk, Entra ID, automation platforms and system integration. We build, manage, and oversee the operation of these systems. We design processes to improve efficiency and usability while aligning with the companys policies.

• Manage and optimize CyberArk PAM solutions to ensure security, performance, and availability.
• Implement and enforce PAM policies, controls, and best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain CyberArk components and integrations.
• Plan and execute system updates, patches, and enhancements.
• Automate PAM tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
• Manage PAM user accounts, licenses, and vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to support audits and regulatory requirements.

• Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM (design, implementation, and administration).
• Strong understanding of privileged access management principles and security best practices.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting CyberArk infrastructure and integrations.
• Experience with authentication protocols and directory services.
• Familiarity with SIEM, IAM, and security automation tools.
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in teams.
• Good communication skills in English (B2+).
• CyberArk or security certifications (e.g., CyberArk Defender, CISSP) are a plus.
